Role Purpose:
The Development Worker will be part of a team delivering a range of support, services and activities for and with our beneficiaries.
The primary focus of this role is the development, co-ordination and delivery of support for ex-offenders.
CFINE operates to cooperative, or ‘Community Development’, principles which underpin and permeate the organisation and its activities. The ethos and values are:
Responsible to: Senior Development Manager
Responsible for: Volunteers and students as required
Responsible to: Development Manager
Responsible for: Volunteer Development Coordinator, HOPE Coordinator, Employability Coordinator and part responsible for other colleagues plus c300 volunteers annually.

The role will have responsibility for the leadership and development of CFINE’s volunteering and employability programmes and implementation of CFINE’s Inclusion Plan CFINE operates to cooperative, or ‘Community Development’, principles which underpin and permeate the organisation and its activities.

The role will have responsibility for the leadership and development of CFINE’s ‘Strengthening Inclusion - a Beneficiaries, Volunteers and Employability Plan’
