We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Employer Services Consultant to join our Team who can:

  • Provide recruitment services and solutions for employers that result in sustainable job outcomes for clients registered with RTWS;
  • Develop and nurture employer relationships so that the largest proportion of job outcomes come from repeat business;
  • Assist employers to identify recruitment and training needs and work with Client Services to deliver a bespoke solution;
  • Gather pertinent information around typical recruitment processes and the labour market in each sector, and use this information to inform service delivery;

Excellent interpersonal skills together with the ability to work imaginatively and flexibly to deliver results are essential for this role as is your ability to meet deadlines and ensure financial compliance.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Employment Advisor to join our Team who can:

  • Achieve targets and KPI's to support clients to progress and sustain employment;
  • Promote and encourage key client groups to engage in RTWS services
  • Actively manage a caseload of clients with a range of barriers who are at different stages of their employability journey, provide support and access to health and well-being interventions, training opportunities, match them to suitable vacancies and progress them into sustainable employment;
  • Proactively work with clients and employers to increase the range and number of job opportunities available for clients;
  • Deliver a range of 1-2-1 and group support sessions tailored to meet customer needs.

  • Achieve targets and KPI's to engage unemployed South Lanarkshire residents;
  • Promote and encourage key client groups to engage in RTWS services;
  • Deliver a range of community events, group sessions and presentations that will provide a menu of available opportunities to unemployed South Lanarkshire residents;
  • Provide information, advice and guidance about a range of issues including careers, education, employment and training, housing, money, health and substance misuse; in partnership with specialist agencies.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Training Administrator with excellent customer service skills to join our Team, main duties will include:

  • Working with Salesforce Administrator and Database and Compliance Administrator to ensure data captured from customers, employers and stakeholders is accurate, meaningful and complies with agreed reporting terms
  • Participating in creating and implementing training and other group events
  • Booking and setting up training rooms and venues
  • Participating in the delivery of promotional events and community activities
  • Managing schedules, records and event finance
  • Assisting with customer consultation and gathering feedback
  • Recording and providing statistical information as required
  • Assisting in training new staff and placements in ensuring high quality customer experience and information, as required
