We are seeking to appoint one worker to develop and deliver a new Outreach Service to reach out to survivors across the Forth Valley area. The second worker will focus on developing services for survivors who are on our waiting list. You will have effective and comprehensive communication skills, with experience of working with people of all genders. You will be able to work as part of a team but with a high level of autonomy.

Forth Valley Rape Crisis Centre is seeking a dynamic and values-driven woman to lead our organisation.
We deliver support and advocacy services throughout Stirling, Clackmannanshire and Falkirk to survivors of all genders, aged 13+ and work to ensure the rights, needs and voices of survivors are represented in local strategy and practice. Through our campaigning, participation programmes and prevention activities we work to eradicate sexual violence in our communities and improve responses to survivors.
Founded in 2016 FVRCC is still a growing and developing organisation and this is an exciting time for a woman with skills and experience in leadership, strategic development and service design to join our team and build on our previous successes.
As our Centre Manager you will be empathetic, with skills in managing and supporting others. You will have experience in successfully delivering outcomes and managing projects and services. With skills in negotiation you will develop relationships with partner agencies and have experience of identifying and securing funding.
