The Support Worker will provide a combination of personal care, care at home and housing support to people with dementia in their own homes. The post holder will be part of a dedicated team that will ensure that the highest quality of service is provided. The post is for a Nightshift worker who will work 4 nights on 4 nights off from 10pm to 8am, you will be working alone and there is an On Call system in place.
We are looking for a unique person who can support people with dementia, living within their own home in a Supported Living Service, personalised to the tenants needs.
Our support workers are our most important people as they provide front line support.
Our support workers help tenants to maintain skills and independence by providing support and care with all aspects of daily living.
Successful applicants will have a positive approach to dementia. You will also have good communication skills and a caring attitude. A willingness to learn and participate in training is essential. Relevant qualifications and/or experience of working with people with dementia is essential.

Our DAYS Service supports all young people of any gender aged between 8 and 18 who live in Dundee or Angus and have experienced any type of sexual abuse.
We take a flexible approach to planning support to best meet the needs of the young person, this can be school, home, community or at our office. We offer a variety of support for young people and are led by the individual.
1:1 Support - We offer emotional support to survivors. Each session is a safe and confidential space for survivors to process the trauma they have experienced at their own pace. We do this by using a range of therapeutic interventions and tools which are survivor centred.
Group work support - We various creative groups and peer support groups all of which aims to reduce isolation and extend social circles. The aim of these are to build survivors support networks and build survivors confidence, reducing isolation and feelings of blame and shame.
We are seeking an individual who demonstrates a knowledge of the impact of trauma on young people and age-appropriate support tools / methods and can provide and has significant experience of providing trauma-based models of support to young survivors.

Killin, Callander and District Search and Rescue Group, a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO) known as “Killin Mountain Rescue Team (KMRT)” was established in 1967.
Mountain Rescue is a voluntary service, with members giving up free time to train and respond to people in difficulty on the mountains and other remote locations. The team maintains its original policy of keeping a local membership who provide the local knowledge and skills necessary to provide quick response and resolution to incidents in the areas our members live and work in.

The Chair will coordinate and optimise strength and expertise of the Trustees, Operational Managers and Team Members so the charity can remain effective but also grow and develop as required.

KMRT is looking for an experienced, inspirational and credible leader, who brings excellent communication, people skills and governance experience. They would have an inclusive leadership style which creates a culture where everyone can be ‘their best self’, open to feedback and input and committed to supporting this inspirational charity.
It is not essential that the person is local to our operating area, whilst it would be very beneficial given the location of Board meetings, we are open to a hybrid working model. We will support the new Chair with an understanding of the location and terrain we operate in, and a commitment to support their understanding of mountain pursuits and the work we carry out.
