We are expanding the reach of our training and business support services for employers and need an experienced Development Manager to play a lead role in ensuring our success in this.
You will be responsible for
We are looking for someone with a proven track record in successfully building commercial relationships with employers, specifically selling training or other business support services. You will have a strong sense of business acumen and have experience of securing corporate sponsorship. You will be able to evidence that you meet and exceed financial targets. It is also imperative that you are passionate and knowledgeable about work-life and flexible working.
Salary and working patterns
The Local Project Manager (LPM) will work across Moray in Scotland, to promote and support Ride 365, year-round programme and specifically Cycle September (previously the National Cycle Challenge), the centrepiece of our year-round UK programme. This project is being delivered in partnership with Moray Council and with Scottish Government funding via the Smarter Choices Smarter Places programme.
Cycle September is a fun, free competition between workplaces to see which can encourage the most employees to cycle. The organisations and departments that earn the most points for riding and encouraging or secure the highest percentage of engaged and participating staff will win. There are 7 size categories to level the playing field. Cycle September is the main event and one of four major campaigns of Ride365, Love to Ride's flagship year-round programme of cycling encouragement and behaviour change.

Our rate of pay is £8.75 per hour with increased pay rates over our public holidays.
There are up to 28 days paid holidays and mileage is paid for your travel between clients.

Working within our friendly team you will be undertaking a number of duties which include the following:
• Assisting clients to get dressed
• Personal Care
• Meal Preparation
• Assisting with bedtime routine and getting clients to bed
• Administering medication
We offer a variety of shifts patterns e.g. Full time / Part time / Weekends.
