This is an exciting opportunity to work with Children 1st to help tackle poverty across our East Region services. We work with children and their families from low-income and vulnerable homes by offering a range of money, debt and welfare advice to those impacted by poverty and inequality. This support will be delivered in schools, homes and local communities and seek to increase families’ financial resilience by offering a range of income maximisation work, debt management advice and support around housing, energy efficiency and other financial matters.
This role is varied in and offers integrated support to families that is child-centred, relationship-focused and seeks to work alongside families to promote the learning and attainment of children and young people.
If you have experience of income maximisation, money and debt advice and welfare rights we want to hear from you
