Edinburgh Old Town Development Trust (EOTDT) – Crannie Community Hub Co-ordinator

Place of work: Currently 14 Johnston Terrace (Old Town), Edinburgh EH1 2PW and when opened - The Crannie, Cranston Street, Edinburgh EH8 8BE

Description of role: Edinburgh Old Town Development Trust (EOTDT) is developing a community space for residents called ‘The Crannie’ in Cranston Street (off the Royal Mile). The hub will provide much needed space to meet, work, learn and hold events. EOTDT is seeking an experienced person to manage & support the Crannie staff/volunteer team and operation of the community resource. The person will also interact with the EOTDT organisation in general through their line manager, the Trust Manager and the two staff roles funded by the Scottish Government Strengthening Communities programme through the Development Trusts Association Scotland (DTAS). This will be particularly in relation to EOTDT’s values, organisational aims and strategic planning.
