This is not a key worker, support worker or project worker role; it is the role of an Asset Coach who will be part of a national movement for change. We are working towards changing systems for people going through tough times, so they are person centered and adopt strength-based approaches. As an Asset Coach, you will be at the forefront of this grassroots movement as you deliver a highly personalised and unique service to the people you work with.
We are looking for dynamic and creative individuals with a positive, ‘can do’ attitude. You won’t be afraid to challenge or to be challenged as we constantly question our own approach to ensure it is responding to the needs and wants of the individuals we are delivering the Personal Transitions Service (PTS) to. You will be brokering inspirational opportunities in the local community for the individuals you are working with and ensuring they are at the forefront of all the support they receive.
If you are an exceptional candidate looking for an innovative and exciting role, please get in touch. This role is full-time, 35 hours per week, working flexibly 5 out of 7 days.
