As Senior Administrator you will lead the support team functions within the new Alford Residential Service. Managing all administrative functions to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day administration and finance processes for the service.

All Board members are expected to attend all Board meetings (5 times a year). Board meetings are usually held in at our services in Glasgow and Saltcoats, it is an expectation that all Board members visit services throughout the year. As a specialist addiction recovery charity and housing association, we have developed considerable expertise in the provision of housing to support our clients at all stages of their recovery. You will manage the day to day running of our existing housing services and lead your team to ensure high quality recovery focused delivery in accordance with legislation and governing bodies including the Care Inspectorate and commissioner targets.

You will have experience of working with people with multiple needs including addiction, and have a working knowledge of housing standards and processes. An exciting opportunity has arisen in our North Lanarkshire service to join our team as a Family Outreach Worker. You will be responsible for delivering a range of family focussed interventions that support families across the 6 localities of North Lanarkshire and taking support to family members where they need it.

You will assess and risk assess family members to ensure we provide them with the right level of support. You will carry a caseload and deliver interventions including CRAFT and also support with the facilitation of family support groups. Phoenix Futures Scotland work in partnership with Fife ADP and SPS establishments who have liberations to the Fife area. We support residents pre and post liberation to provide a seamless service. Supported by the Clinical Mental Health Lead the post-holder will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary team delivering high quality and effective nursing support. They will support the management and frontline staff to ensure services adhere to the best practice guidelines and comply with the regulatory standards and clinical policies and procedures.

Working across two residential services in Scotland (National Specialist Family Service – Saltcoats and Scottish Residential Service – Glasgow) you will undertake assessments and high quality physical and mental health interventions, responsive to individual, family and group needs (such as CBT interventions). This post will also support the wider multidisciplinary team in decision making and working with individuals and their families.

This post involves a high level of independent decision making, often with clinically complex situations, therefore, ability to work in this way is essential.

Then you will be based in the service offering support to families, the wider team and service as a whole through various administrative tasks including maintaining office systems, data inputting and analysis and ensuring information is communicated with relevant parties in a timely manner.

About You

To be considered as an Administrator, you will need:

• Previous experience of office administration
• Ideally some experience of being able to analyse data for monitoring and evaluation purposes
• Experience of working as part of a team and supporting your colleagues
• Experience of working with people who use drugs and/or alcohol or another comparable field is desirable although not essential
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word and familiar with relevant database management systems
• Experience of being an excellent communicator and able to support growth of professional relationships

We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity to support individuals from across Scotland to access Phoenix Futures Scottish Residential Rehabilitation service;

You will have experience of working with people with multiple needs including addiction, and have a working knowledge of residential rehabilitation and strengthening recovery capital. Having experience in working with multiple stakeholders and nurturing relationships you will be able to confidently provide guidance to individuals, families and stakeholders in relation to accessing and developing residential rehabilitation pathways into the service.

You will ensure service users feel supported from the point of referral through to their admission to the residential service; offering responsive support to both the individual and their family members. Completing robust assessments and delivering one-to-one and /or group interventions designed to prepare individuals for a rehab stay. You will also meet all service users on their day of admission and

offer support post-admission, ensuring they are welcomed in to the therapeutic community welcome house programme according to their individualised needs. You will lead our continuum of care approach to support in sustaining recovery, ensuring high quality, responsive recovery focused delivery in accordance with legislation and governing bodies.

You will have experience of working with people with multiple needs including addiction, and have a working knowledge of residential rehabilitation and strengthening recovery capital. Having experience of developing and nurturing partnerships to ensure robust pathways and care and support is in place to ensure our clients needs are met – up to 12months post-completion of our residential rehabilitation programme. You will be based between Scottish Residential service where you will support individuals and the Therapeutic Team with preparations for move-on and our Glasgow Housing service which currently provides ongoing aftercare support for individuals on completion of a range of residential rehabilitation stays. In addition to set check-ins and reviews with each individual throughout the 12month post-rehab period you will also offer a range of in-person and/or virtual group interventions, mutual aid support, drop-in sessions and our Phoenix ReUnited aftercare and activities programme.

As a specialist addiction recovery charity and housing association, we have developed considerable expertise in the provision of housing to support our clients at all stages of their recovery. You will manage the day to day running of our existing housing services and lead your team to ensure high quality recovery focused delivery in accordance with legislation and governing bodies including the Care Inspectorate and commissioner targets. You will have experience of working with people with multiple needs including addiction, and have a working knowledge of housing standards and processes. Having experience of developing and nurturing partnerships to ensure robust pathways and support are in place to ensure our clients needs are fully met. The Glasgow Housing service currently provides ongoing aftercare support for individuals on completion of a range of residential rehabilitation stays, and therefore you will assist all clients in sustaining long-term recovery.

You will be a positive, innovative and motivational leader who will work collaboratively as part of the Scotland Management Team to support Phoenix Futures Scotland Housing growth targets. As well as being able to ensure occupancy targets are met and compliance with budgeting and financial policy and procedures.
